Duration: Up to 36 months

1. Certified photocopy of a valid passport or other travel document recognized by our country.
2. Type D Entry Visa
3. Electronic fee, commensurate with the duration of the program.
4. Insurance policy by a private insurance company.
5. Certificate from the Flight Training School, indicating the duration of the specific training program, the total tuition fees and proof of payment by the applicant of an amount equal to at least one third (1/3) of these fees.
6. Certified copy from the Civil Aviation Authority of the decision approving the operation of the training school in which the third-country national has been enrolled.
7. A valid electronic lease or a certificate of permanent residence or a contract of residence in force, certified by the Tax Office, if not required to reside within the training school.
8. Documents required for the issuance of the card:
   • Four (4) recent, colored, passport-sized photos(40x60mm without a frame/high resolution/on a white background/neutral face expression, etc.), submitted also in digital form on an optical storage disk (CD) in JPEG 2000 for
   • Card fee of 16 Euros covering the printing of the separate document (electronic residence permit) (e-Paravolo / fee code 2119).
   • Official public document from the country of birth or origin, officially certified and translated, clearly stating the place of birth. The translation must also indicate the place of birth in Latin characters.(To be provided only if the passport does not show the place of birth in Latin characters).
