Duration: Commensurate with the duration of the study program
- Certified photocopy of a valid passport or other travel document recognized by our country.
- Copy of the residence permit for studies, issued by another EU member state.
- Electronic fee of 150 Euros (fee code 2107)or an amount proportional to the duration of the study program if it exceeds one year.
- Insurance policy by a private insurance company
OR University Insurance. - Certificate from the educational institution of another EU member state for the course of studies completed by the student there, as well as for the complementary or related nature of the above course with the program to be attended in Greece, along with the time of its completion.
- Confirmation from the implementing body of the corresponding program for the student’s participation in a community or bilateral exchange program or certificate issued by the competent authorities of an EU member state, confirming the compulsory attendance of part of the study program in Greece.
- Proof of sufficient financial resources, i.e., 400 Euros per month minimum & a solemn declaration that this amount will be renewed. Adequate financial resources can be proven through bank account statements, bank transfer, scholarship, etc.
- Documents required for the issuance of the card:
- Four (4) recent, colored, passport-sized photos(40x60mm without a frame/high resolution/on a white background/neutral face expression, etc.), submitted also in digital form on an optical storage disk (CD) in JPEG 2000 format.
- Card fee of 16 Euros covering the printing of the separate document (electronic residence permit) (e-Paravolo / fee code 2119).
- Official public document from the country of birth or origin, officially certified and translated, clearly stating the place of birth. The translation must also indicate the place of birth in Latin characters. (To be provided only if the passport does not show the place of birth in Latin characters)
