Those who obtained a residence permit for the first time after this date cannot apply for this specific permit.

Ten-year residence permits are renewed according to the current provisions for the acquisition of long-term resident status. If the requirements for long-term resident status are not met, then the ten-year residence permit is renewed for three years and allows access to dependent work-provision of services or work, as well as independent economic activity, depending on the activity carried out under  the ten-year residence permit they held.
