Proof that an application has been submitted to the respective insurance agency (IKA – Social Security Institution, OGA – Agricultural Insurance Organization, ΟΑΕΕ – Organization of Insurance for Self-Employed Professionals) to cover the costs of healthcare, medical expenses, and work-related accidents

Printout of insurance capacity issued by a public insurance agency (EFKA – National Social Security Entity) with the submission of: A.M.K.A. – Social Security Number, Α.Μ.Α. – Social Security Member Registration Number, A.F.M. – Taxpayer Identification Number.

4. Recent certificate of family status issued by a foreign authority, officially certified and translated.
5. Evidence that the applicants have been residing in Greece for the past six years prior to the application.
6. Certified copy of the rejection decision indicating that the applicants have been deemed third-country nationals,
