INITIAL ISSUANCE

1. Two photographs.
2. Certified photocopy of passport or other travel document, except for those who fall under the cases of objective inability to possess a passport.
3. Certified photocopy of the rejection or revocation decision (unless issued by our service).
4. Certified photocopy of the suspension decision or temporary suspension order.
5. Certificate from the competent Administrative Court regarding the validity of the suspension and the application for annulment.
6. Electronic fee of 150 Euros (fee code 2107).

(No fee required for a minor child)

RENEWAL

1. Two photographs.
