1.1.2 Dependent Employment and Provision of Services or Work – Renewal – Article 15 (Law 4251/14)

Duration: 3 years

  1. Certified photocopy of all pages of the passport or travel document covering the validity period of the last residence permit, where applicable.
  2. Residence Permit.
  3. Electronic fee of 150 euros (fee code 2107).
  4. Printout of the insurance capacity from the National Social Security Entity (EFKA) with submission of: A.M.K.A. – Social Security Number, Α.Μ.Α. – Social Security Member Registration Number, A.F.M. – Taxpayer Identification Number.
  5. Minimum number of days of insurance or minimum insurance period with the insurance agency concerned, asspecified in the current K.Y.A.  (Joint Ministerial Decision).
  6. Copy of the tax clearance note if a tax return was filed in the previous year or copy of the submitted tax return in case thiswas submitted for the first time during the year of applying for a residence permit renewal.
  7. Documents required for the issuance of the card:
    1. Four (4) recent, colored passport-sized photos(40x60mm without a frame – high resolution – on a white background – neutral face expression, etc.), submitted also in digital form on a compact disk (CD) in JPEG 2000 format.
    2. Card fee of 16 euroscovering the printing of the separate document (electronic residence permit) (e-Paravolo / code: 2119).
    3. Official public document from the country of birth or origin, officially certified and translated, clearly stating the place of birth. The translation must also indicate the place of birth in Latin characters. (To be provided only if the passport does not show the place of birth in Latin characters).
