by the\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u039c<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">igration\u00a0Code.<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">OPERATION OF THE DIRECTORATES\u00a0OF ALLIENS AND MIGRATION\u00a0OF THE DECENTRALIZED ADMINISTRATION OF ATTICA\u00a0(DAMs)<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The DAMs\u00a0serve scheduled appointments for the delivery of residence permits and\/or decisions\u00a0from\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Monday to Thursday<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0between 9:00\u201314:00.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">TCNs,\u00a0as well as\u00a0persons\u00a0authorized according to applicable provisions for\u00a0collection\u00a0to collect\u00a0such documents,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">must prove their identity and capacity\u00a0to the\u00a0employee responsible for verification\u00a0and the security staff of the premises.\u00a0Especially\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">lawyers<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0must present a\u00a0valid\u00a0Bar Association ID card or, if unavailable, a relevant\u00a0certification.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In emergency cases (e.g.\u00a0extreme weather phenomena, public transport strikes), if the schedule is adjusted, a relevant announcement is posted on\u00a0the website\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/apdattikis.gov.gr\/en\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">apdattikis.gov.gr<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Applications for the issuance and renewal of residence permits, administrative remedy applications, and supplementary applications are\u00a0submitted\u00a0through the following platform:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.immigration.gov.gr\/electronic-applications\/index\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">https:\/\/portal.immigration.gov.gr\/electronic-applications\/index<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">(For the range and type of procedures available electronically, always refer to the above application link, which is continuously updated.)<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Monitoring of the\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">application\u00a0status\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">is done\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">exclusively<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0through\u00a0the platform:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pf.emigrants.ypes.gr\/pf\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">https:\/\/pf.emigrants.ypes.gr\/pf\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For\u00a0additional\u00a0information, questions, and urgent communication, the DAMs\u00a0provide detailed email addresses on<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/apdattikis.gov.gr\/en\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">apdattikis.gov.gr<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0in order\u00a0to\u00a0facilitate\u00a0communication with TCNs and authorized lawyers.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For urgent communication and particularly complex cases requiring in-person communication, TCNs and authorized lawyers may\u00a0contact the points\u00a0designated\u00a0by the\u00a0DAMs\u00a0(service counters or competent officers), where the issue will be assessed and handled.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">This\u00a0service\u00a0is available from\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Monday to Thursday 10:00\u201313:00<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0in all DAMs.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">During the same days and hours, in-person communication with\u00a0Control\u00a0Departments is\u00a0possible\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">exclusively for\u00a0matters relating to Invitations\/Transfers for Employment purposes.<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The DAMs\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">are not responsible<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0for resolving technical issues (e.g.\u00a0password recovery) related to the electronic application system.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Technical support
